Chair Dance Workshop

Halloween chair dance workshop - Bring a costume to wear at the end  and come learn some beginner friendly chair dance choreography! 

We'll be working on sultry movement on and off the chair, with modifications as needed. Class will include a full body warm up, choreography,  time to freestyle and an optional video shoot at the end!!
