Gather What You’ve Grown: A Harvest Full Moon Sound Bath for Receiving What You’ve Sown will be an evening of breath, reflection, and sound for anyone learning to welcome what has grown without fear.

You do not need to arrive with anything figured out. Bring a mat, a blanket, a pillow, and whatever helps your body rest. We will pause long enough to acknowledge what we have lived through, recognize what has grown, and practice receiving the season we are in.
