Let's create our best riding year yet. This class will focus on building balance, strength and stamina to improve your performance on the bike. We will be riding on spin bikes as well as lifting kettle bells, free weights and using resistance bands. This class is sure to make you sweat and create your strongest body while keeping you flexible.
