This class is a full-body workout for all levels, including a variety of exercises with and without equipment.  Improve your strength, balance and alignment while working all of the major muscle groups. We will not only strengthen the legs, glutes and arms but we will be strengthening your midsection, back, and oblique's.Through isometrics, dynamic and functional exercises we will work together to get your entire body stronger than ever.  
 It's only 45 minutes, I think you got this!!
