This is a gentle Vinyasa flow class. We will warm up the body with a little bit of movement then snuggle right into relaxation. If you've been on the slopes all day this class will help wind down the body and calm tired muscles.

**NOTE** If you are traveling from Loon mountain please give yourself extra travel time.  There is normally heavy traffic in town at 4:00 on Saturdays.
