Yogi Tone is a fusion of Vinyasa Yoga, and Pilates mixed together to create the perfect blend. You'll not only engage your core but your mind as well. You will flow from posture to posture connecting with the breath and building strength. We will use all sorts of props likes light weights, bricks, balls, and straps. You'll achieve a greater sense of mental and physical balance helping you become more present on and off the mat.
