Yoga 101 breaks down the poses and barriers. The postures are presented in an easy to follow, accessible manner to build Strength, increase Flexibility, enhance Joint Stability and improve Posture and Balance.  If you've been tentative about yoga this is the class for you. You'll be encouraged to ask questions and explore modifications or variation appropriate for your body and soul. 

* Yoga mats provided but feel free to bring your own
*Bring water and a towel
