Fall Recess

Isn't it about time us grown-ups had recess?? Recess is about getting outside and gaining strength together.  Your two favorite Boot Camp coaches Margarita & Sarah have got together again to whip up the  fun yet challenging "Recess". The workouts are a type of interval training ( bursts of intense activity alternated with intervals of lighter activity). Sometimes we will work out as a team other times it will be more of an individualized workout. Each player will be encouraged to move at their own pace and have fun while doing it. 

**With the Fall brings possible colder temps. So be sure to layer up and be prepared for whatever mother nature or your coaches throw at you.
