This workshop will allow you to explore various whole foods and their benefits, including: weight loss, reducing inflammation, aiding digestion, brain function, and boosting immunity.  
The workshop is interactive and you will be able to tailor it to your individual needs and concerns.  You will leave with a valuable resources including  your own individualized food list.  

Menu suggestions for various foods will also be included.
